Buying a house is probably one of the most stressful processes you can have, you absolutley don’t have that stress with clever mortgages.
We started the process of looking for a house in June 2021, we don’t have the best credit, but it’s not the worst either. We where told by 5 different mortgage advisors that we would need a £20% deposit, 30%, 40% I mean who has that kind of money! We where just about to give up and go and rent until we stumbled across clever mortgages. We sit here now in our new house, happy, overwhelmed and finding it so difficult to believe that our dreams have come true. We dealt with Christie to start with, she was honest, helpful and straight to the point, got us our mortgage offer almost immediately! Alicia was next, she held our hand through the full process and was absoluetly amazing. Natalie was also a huge cog in the machine thank you!
