We are looking for an engaging and reliable person to join our busy friendly team as an Administrator.

A successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, organised, be pro-active and thrive on working in a sales driven team.

Training will be given.

The role:

This role involves liaising with advisers, lenders, providers, conveyancers, and clients to achieve a smooth operation in an efficient manner from application through to completion.

Manage converted cases alongside the advisers to ensure all paperwork and relevant documentation is completed as well as updating the case management system and ensuring accuracy of case notes.

To be aware of and follow compliance procedures and processes

Key competencies:

  • A successful candidate will be methodical and reliable with an attention for detail
  • Confident with good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to engage with others and be a team player
  • Have a keenness to learn and take on responsibilities and have a desire to wish to succeed and help the company grow.

Key skills:

  • Ability to communicate effectively via telephone and written media
  • Ability to work under pressure, have a pro-active approach and good time keeping skills
  • Confident in using computer systems and the Microsoft Office suite required
  • Ability to understand basic business finance is desirable
